1. Complete functions
The two-loop AC connection unit can achieve the manual and automatic switching of two-loop AC power supply, and the AC two-loop power supply inputs can be chosen. The input AC is converted into DC by the high-frequency power supply module, and this DC supplies power to both the load and the accumulator. The intelligent monitoring unit controls the whole system and performs the functions of trouble alarming, display, keyboard operation, battery charge management, long-distance communication, etc. The system integrates AC distribution, DC distribution and high-frequency power supply modules, intelligent grounding round inspection unit, intelligent battery round inspection unit and intelligent monitoring unit. Standard communication protocol and full compatible computer monitoring are applied to achieve digitalized long-distance management.
2. Highly reliable power supply module
The intelligent high-frequency switching power supply module applies passive PFC technology and advanced PWM technology, so that the efficiency of the model is further increased and the harmonic wave is reduced. The module applies 3-phase 3-wire system 380VAC balanced input, without any current loss of the neutral. The AC input of the module passes through the peak inhibiting circuit and EMI absorbing circuit, and the full-bridge rectifying and filtering circuit rectifies the 3-phase AC voltage into pulsating AC voltage. The PWM transformer converts this voltage into high-frequency square wave voltage, and through the output rectifying and filtering circuit, a stable output voltage and current is obtained. When the voltage and load of the power grid changes, the feedback regulating circuit will control PWM circuit, regulate the width of pulses, so as to maintain the stability of output voltage and current. The standby redandancies of the high-frequency power supply module operate with highly even current, and it can work in two modes: with computer monitor and without computer monitor. The module has mature technology and production process, with safe and reliable operation.
3. Safe and reliable grounding round inspection
The intelligent grounding round inspection instrument is an industrial intelligent testing instrument with the single-chip machine as core. The testing bus-to-earth insulation resistance is tested by applying the DC testing method and making use of balance bridge and imbalance bridge, without putting signals into the DC system, not influenced by DC feeder-to-earth capacitance. The testing of branch circuit-to-earth insulation capacitance is accomplished by current differential calculation, to correctly calculate the grounding resistance of the positive and negative terminals of all branches. When it is detected that the grounding resistance is less than the set resistance, the equipment will give a warning signal.
The intelligent grounding round inspection instrument has voltage testing function. When the voltage of bus is beyond the set range, it will give a warning of bus undervoltage and bus overvoltage. This system can also store 180 pieces of warning records and transmit information to the long-distance control terminal through RS-232, RS-485 communication interfaces to guarantee the safe operation of power supply systems.
4. Intelligent monitoring
The computer monitoring unit can automatically collect, the parameters and operation modes of AC and DC power supply modules, and it is connected with peripheral equipment or long-distance monitoring centre through RS232 or RS485 to achieve long-distance monitoring, with a high universality.
5. Perfect charge mode
Current limiting points can be continuously set according to the capacity of batteries. The main charge, even charge and boosting charge voltages can be set according to the variety of batteries, and the capacity of the battery can be tested. Main charge, even charge and boosting charge can be automatically switched, and charge curve can be automatically chosen according to the discharge of the battery and AC power supply.
